Sharp troubleshooting skills
Experience with remote access tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to learn ConnectWise PSA
Solid background in network administration and architecture
Hands-on experience with Barracuda Networks, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, and Ubiquiti networking solutions
Understanding of communication protocols and routing protocols
Technical certifications preferred
