Developing, enhancing, and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and semantic models.
Delivering BAU reporting requests in line with agreed standards, naming conventions, and development practices.
Translating business requirements into effective reporting solutions, seeking guidance where appropriate.
Building and maintaining data models, Power Query transformations, and DAX measures.
Testing and validating reports and datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and fitness for purpose.
Troubleshooting and resolving report issues, refresh failures, and user‑reported defects.
Optimising report performance, usability, and presentation for a great end‑user experience.
Producing and maintaining clear documentation for reports, datasets, and business logic.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve reporting solutions.
Supporting the rationalisation and standardisation of reporting to reduce duplication and improve consistency.

Practical experience developing Power BI solutions in a business environment.
Strong hands‑on skills in Power BI, including data modelling, Power Query, and DAX, alongside good SQL capability.
Experience working with structured data from multiple sources and presenting insights clearly to different audiences.
A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
