As a working student in Sales & Business Development, you identify the needs of companies and ensure that the best freelance experts are found for each project.
Thanks to you, projects are filled quickly and large companies become Junico fans!
Account management & customer support: You identify the needs of our corporate clients, source suitable freelancers from our community, and accompany the entire placement process — from first contact and onboarding to long-term client retention.
You handle inbound leads, conduct conversations with freelancers, support contract negotiations, and help optimize our CRM and sales funnel.
Business development & process optimization: You assist with administrative tasks related to payments and finance, develop and improve internal processes — especially in support to reduce customer effort — and contribute to both operational and strategic support.
Requirements
You are a student and have already gained initial practical experience in account management, business development, or sales.
You are motivated to work 3–5 days per week, 4–6 hours per day (Mon + Fri remote, otherwise in the office).
You have a sales-driven mindset.
You are excited about the startup world.
You strive to be an expert in what you do.
You work goal-oriented and structured, and you question tasks when you believe there is a better way to achieve results.
You take full ownership of your responsibilities and are the first to recognize potential problems.
You enjoy working because you want to make an impact — and you keep a cool head in stressful situations.
You can motivate your colleagues, enjoy teamwork, and communication is your ace up your sleeve.
