Role Overview
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with clients across your region
- Identify new sales opportunities and introduce clients to KIDAN’s range of offers
- Understand clients’ business and basic IT needs
- Support clients through the sales process
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction
- Stay aware of industry trends and KIDAN’s portfolio
Requirements
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Good technical foundations in IT management and cybersecurity
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and motivated to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Fluent in English and at least one (ideally more) local language: French (Allaman), German (Schwyz), or Italian (Ticino).
