About this role
Role Overview
- Central point of contact between internal departments and clients; build and maintain trusting relationships through active relationship management
- Needs analysis & satisfaction: identify the individual needs of clients and their employees and develop tailored solutions
- Service-oriented order handling: guide new and existing clients through all order processes, ensuring high standards of quality and service
- Communication & product development: proactively communicate new benefits and updates, and actively shape the benefits portfolio
- Strategic consulting & optimization: develop individual benefits programs and identify improvement potential in existing systems
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience — ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
- Solid knowledge of HR and tax topics, ideally complemented by experience in compensation & benefits
- Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Confident handling of commercial/business topics
- Business-fluent in German and English
- Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
