You take responsibility for operational finance, accounting and controlling matters for various entities
You support month-end and year-end closing processes and become proficient in accounts, booking logics, and financial interrelationships
You analyze P&L, balance sheet and business KPIs and derive reliable insights
You prepare analyses, forecasts and reports at entity and group level to provide sound decision-making foundations
You actively contribute to the development of processes, structures and finance workflows and support optimization of existing procedures
You work closely with other departments, support tax and accounting queries and participate in projects related to digitalization and reporting
Requirements
You have several years of experience in finance, accounting or controlling and a solid understanding of bookkeeping, financial statements and financial interrelationships
You are comfortable with both operational tasks and analytical questions and enjoy working with accounts, reports and complex issues
You think structurally, challenge existing processes and work in a solution-oriented and independent manner
Ideally you have experience with month-end or year-end closings; additional qualifications such as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or experience in controlling are a plus but not mandatory
Excellent German skills as well as a confident command of Excel and ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g. Business Central) complete your profile
