Responsibility for conceptual, approval, execution and detail planning.
Tendering and awarding of architectural and engineering services, including their coordination and management.
Preparation of planning services that meet budgetary, quality and schedule requirements according to HOAI (service phases 1–5) in the areas of new construction, conversion, extension, renovation and modernization.
Feasibility studies including qualitative cost and schedule planning.
Safeguarding the interests of the client/client representation.

Successfully completed degree in Architecture.
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in industrial or commercial construction.
Knowledge of building-technical standards and regulations.
Solid skills in MS Office; ideally experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Revit.
Good German and English language skills.
Strong team and communication skills and a conscientious working method.
