Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines/BI Dashboards to support data integration, transformation, and workflow automation across multiple systems.
Demonstrate strong command of SQL and relational database concepts, with the ability to write optimized queries and manage large‑scale data operations.
Work extensively with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery, to design scalable data solutions and support analytical and reporting needs.
Oversee data quality checks, validation processes, and performance tuning for both on‑premise and cloud‑hosted datasets.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production data issues and ETL failures, ensuring minimal downtime and timely incident resolution.
Coordinate incident management activities—including root cause analysis, issue prioritization, and preventive action planning.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams such as data engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align data solutions with project requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates, technical explanations, and recommendations in a professional and structured manner.
Prepare technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and process overviews to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize existing pipelines, workflows, and database processes.
Ensure adherence to best practices in version control, data governance, and security within cloud and on‑premise environments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research, or related analytics areas.
Strong data analysis experience with complex, real world datasets.
Superior analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client interactions.
