Establish clear governance, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
Serve as a power user of AI-enabled productivity tools
Maintain strong technical fluency across Generative AI, data platforms, automation
Manage strategic vendors and partners

10+ years in digital strategy, technology leadership, or technical capability development
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AI or digital literacy programs, preferably in regulated environments
Strong program management expertise, managing multiple concurrent initiatives
Experience managing and influencing external vendors and partners
Executive presence with the ability to simplify complexity without losing technical depth.
