Requirements
3+ years experience.
Reside in Europe or the UK
Strong knowledge of modern Javascript with Typescript and React.js
Commercial experience with the latest versions of NextJS.
Good understanding of automated testing in software development, and take a pragmatic approach to implementing and improving the various phases of the testing pyramid.
Able to identify and assess technical debt and are a vocal advocate for prioritising code improvements alongside feature work whenever the opportunity arises.
Solid understanding of the importance of catering to users with accessibility needs, and familiarity with approaches and tooling required to ensure accessibility guidelines and best practices are adhered to.
Proactive in taking ownership over your work and collaborating with product, ensuring progress by communicating blockers, seeking feedback, and driving tasks to completion.
Comfortable working with product owners and senior engineers to identify the difficulties of implementing a feature from an initial design wireframe or outline spec and are not afraid to put forward alternative approaches where you feel it appropriate.
