You process orders with our more than 250 partners (winemakers, wineries, importers) worldwide and monitor delivery dates and stock levels.
You maintain and optimize our product and supplier data in our ERP system (Odoo).
You prepare complex cost calculations, monitor margins and support pricing for international multichannel sales.
You coordinate the flow of goods, handle import processes and ensure our supply chain runs smoothly.
You work closely with our tech team to continuously improve purchasing processes through smart automations.

You have completed training as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Clerk (or hold a comparable commercial qualification).
Modern office skills: You are highly proficient with digital tools (Google Workspace/Sheets, ERP systems, cloud solutions).
Structured working style: You enjoy "deep work" and can focus intensively on complex data maintenance and calculations.

Strong communication: You have native-level German and communicate confidently in English with our international partners.
