Role Overview
- Assist with the product improvement program, provide technical support to the field service crews when required
- Back up Maintenance advisor and carry out and manage all sections of the breakdown analysis program
- Assist service department with completing PIR for important failures and product issues
- Monitor active component field tests and update PIR system on a monthly basis
- Document the installation of CSI parts and ensure CSI work orders are closed as completed
- Review customer oil sample reports and assist with recommendations regarding possible component issues
- Assist the warranty team in inspecting failed parts/components
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years in the same field
- Accurate, structured, pro-active, independent and team player
- A strong background in hydraulic excavator maintenance
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Possess excellent communication skills
- The ability to work with minimum supervision
- Demonstrate ability to work under pressure in a small team environment
- Be punctual, reliable and have a high standard of work ethic
