Provide vital administrative support across a wide range of tasks
Raise and process customer service jobs and repair orders, including costing completed jobs
Support the scheduling of service jobs
Prepare and issue invoices for completed service work in a timely manner
Organise team members' travel and accommodation arrangements
Timesheet administration for payroll and reporting
Process expense claims & manage purchasing activities and accounts payable
Address customer inquiries in a professional manner for timely resolution
Maintain and update databases, ensuring filing systems are organised
Update and manage data bases, filing and archiving
Requirements
Certificate III Mobile Plant Technology or similar
Customer service skills including managing difficult customers
Determining customer needs and establishing product/service forecasts
Intermediate computer skills
