Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the UKI region.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers, becoming a trusted advisor.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of Acronis solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both Acronis and the client.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales engineering, marketing, and professional services, to deliver comprehensive solutions and support.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and Acronis product developments to effectively position solutions.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required to represent Acronis and expand network.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Account Manager or similar sales role, preferably within the IT, software, or cybersecurity industry.
Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the UK & Ireland market dynamics and business landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within the UKI region as required.
Knowledge of cyber protection, data backup, disaster recovery, or cybersecurity solutions is a significant advantage.
