This is a highly technical role requiring subject matter expertise. Candidates must demonstrate:
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and INCI naming conventions.
Compliance Experience: Expertise in claims substantiation (e.g., "hypoallergenic"), ingredient restrictions, and safety documentation.
Technical Precision: Experience with final label reviews (artwork markups) before printing.
Background: Previous experience with regulated brands like P&G or Unilever is a significant plus. Medical experience would also be an advantage.

Native-level proficiency in the target language(s)
A graduate qualification in translation, linguistics, or language studies, OR
A graduate qualification in another field plus 2 years of full-time professional translation experience, OR
5 years of full-time professional translation experience.
The ability to follow terminology and reference materials precisely.
Proven professional experience in translating and localising Beauty and Cosmetics content.
