Professional experience as a backend developer
Strong knowledge of Java and Node.js
Experience with web crawling/scraping, API consumption, HTTP requests, and data parsing
Experience working with complex and sparsely documented systems
Knowledge of data cleaning, validation, and normalization
Experience with relational databases and/or NoSQL
Knowledge of asynchronous processing, queues, or background jobs
Good observability practices (logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting)
Solid understanding of information security, including familiarity with penetration testing (pentest) and acting on findings
Attention to performance, scalability, and resilience of solutions.
