Lead, coach, and develop the Channel Sales team across the DACH region.
Define and execute the channel sales strategy for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Build, strengthen, and expand relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, VARs, resellers, integrators, and ecosystem partners.
Leverage an existing network within the server, storage, data center, and broader IT infrastructure partner landscape to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
Identify, recruit, and enable new channel partners aligned with Supermicro’s strategic growth areas.
Drive pipeline generation, partner-led opportunities, and revenue execution across the region.
Work closely with internal teams including direct sales, business development, marketing, product management, and executive leadership to maximize partner success.
Negotiate commercial agreements and business plans with key partners.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and partner feedback to refine go-to-market strategy.
Ensure forecast accuracy, disciplined pipeline management, and strong operational execution.
Represent Supermicro at key customer and partner meetings, industry events, and executive engagements.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior channel sales leadership role within the server, storage, enterprise IT, or data center infrastructure industry.
Strong and established network within the DACH partner ecosystem, particularly in the server space.
Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with distributors, VARs, resellers, system integrators, and strategic channel partners.
Track record of leading sales teams and consistently delivering against revenue targets.
Strong understanding of the DACH IT market and channel dynamics.
Experience in developing and executing channel go-to-market strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Fluent in German and English.
Willingness to travel across the DACH region as required.
