Role Overview
Lead and innovate social media efforts for healthcare clients.
Establish and execute comprehensive social media strategies to elevate digital presence of healthcare brands.
Ensure high-quality content, creative direction, and cross-functional collaboration.
Act as senior advisor, aligning strategies with clients’ goals and industry trends.
Oversee and ensure the highest standards for all content produced by the agency.
Work closely with Creative Director on design and content strategies.
Review and approve finished social media content for alignment with creative objectives.
Utilize data-driven insights for refining strategies and measuring success.
Stay current with evolving social media trends and healthcare marketing regulations.
Engage in leadership discussions regarding staffing needs and project timelines.
Oversee social media reputation management and crisis response strategies.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in social media strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in healthcare marketing or related industries is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven experience in creating and executing successful social media campaigns that deliver business results.
Expertise in using social media analytics platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance issues impacting social media marketing.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools.
Experience with paid social media advertising, including strategy, budget management, and ROI tracking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in social media marketing.
Strong interpersonal skills.
