Create end-to-end reporting products, owning the full lifecycle from business understanding and data querying through final delivery
Act as a trusted partner to leadership and risk advisors by translating complex data into actionable narratives for decision-making
Support strategic initiatives that elevate enterprise risk analytics capabilities and align with GR&S objectives
Optimize data governance to ensure integrity, compliance, and consistency across risk reporting platforms and analytics ecosystems
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across analytics initiatives
Design and deliver executive-level dashboards and standardized reporting frameworks
Analyze large datasets from the Data Lake to generate insights that support decision-making
Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling data stories for stakeholders and leadership
Foster a data-driven culture through strong partnerships and intentional stakeholder engagement
Train and develop junior analysts

Minimum of five years related work experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Proven experience in data analytics, including data preparation, querying, visualization, and storytelling
Experience in risk analysis is highly desired
Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Strong ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives
Experience with tools and technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, Dremio, AWS
