Lead the development and execution of operational transfer pricing strategies, including process, controls, and data considerations
Supervise, develop, and coach engagement teams to deliver high-quality results and meet performance expectations
Manage client service accounts and oversee engagement workstreams, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality are achieved
Conduct assessments of clients’ transfer pricing processes, governance, systems, and data flows; identify gaps and recommend improvements
Provide specialized guidance on relevant technology solutions that enable OTP (e.g., ERP/reporting tools, data management, workflow/controls)
Independently analyze complex issues, develop structured approaches, and deliver actionable recommendations
Build and maintain strong client relationships; communicate clearly with stakeholders and motivate team members.

Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of relevant experience (transfer pricing, tax, finance transformation, controllership, or related consulting/industry roles)
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, or Computer and Information Science preferred
CA, CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-related credentials
Experience with Business Intelligence tools or analytics platforms, such as SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Alteryx, SAP’s SAC or PaPM, Oracle’s PCMCS or OAC
Demonstrated experience assessing clients and providing consultative recommendations
Experience leading implementation of finance or tax technology systems including drafting business requirement documents, key design decisions, functional specifications and test scripts, and user documentation
Track record interpreting large and complex data sets, and developing reports for internal and client stakeholders
Experience managing project workflow, budgets, and billing
Strong people leadership skills, including coaching with timely, meaningful feedback.
