About this role
Role Overview
- Design, build, and operate the collaboration and reporting backbone for a fast-moving technical organization in direct support of the warfighter
- Architect site structures, information architecture, and permission models in SharePoint Online
- Build modern sites, communication hubs, and document libraries with metadata, content types, and retention
- Develop SPFx web parts or Power Apps integrations where out-of-the-box does not fit
- Build production-grade semantic models, write performant DAX, design clean and decision-ready dashboards
- Operate workspaces with proper deployment pipelines, row-level security, and refresh schedules
- Turn raw data into the visuals senior leaders actually use to make decisions
- Partner with the Data Engineering and Power Platform teams for data integration and governance
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
- Minimum of 2-years of combined hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Power BI in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience architecting SharePoint Online: site collections, hubs, information architecture, content types, and permission models
- Strong Power BI skills: semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query (M), workspace administration, deployment pipelines, and row-level security
- Experience integrating SharePoint and Power BI with the broader Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem
- Working knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph
- Experience operating in a governed environment with DLP policies, sensitivity labels, and tenant-level administration
