Design, build, and govern Power Platform solutions—Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse
Gather requirements directly from operators
Prototype quickly, harden for production, and deploy through ALM pipelines using managed solutions, environment strategy, and source control
Integrate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure services, and external APIs as the mission requires
Set and enforce enterprise governance: environment strategy, DLP policies, Center of Excellence (CoE) tooling, naming conventions, and security/role models
Requirements
Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience building enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
Demonstrated expertise across Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
Strong working knowledge of Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph
Experience designing and operating Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using managed solutions, multiple environments, and source control
Experience implementing Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) governance, DLP policies, and tenant-level administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate operator needs into technical solutions and brief outcomes to GO/SES-level stakeholders
Experience integrating with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Azure services
