About this role
Role Overview
Support full-cycle recruiting for early careers and underwriting support roles.
Partner with hiring managers and TA team members throughout the recruiting process.
Proactively source candidates using Greenhouse CRM, LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools.
Manage candidate communications, and support offer and hire processes.
Contribute to campus recruiting, early talent pipelines, and other recruiting activities.
Help deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience.
Support day-to-day administration of the Greenhouse ATS/CRM.
Assist with job postings, system updates, reporting, and configuration.
Run recruiting reports and support TA data and process tracking.
Help troubleshoot ATS issues and support TA team members and hiring managers.
Assist with onboarding new Greenhouse users.
Support coordination between Greenhouse and HRIS (ADP).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
2–3 plus years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Recruiting Coordination.
ATS and/or CRM experience required. Greenhouse experience a plus.
Interest in early careers recruiting and sourcing.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a desire to deliver a high level of service.
Comfortable working with systems, data, and reports.
Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
