Site Finance Controller

Role Overview

• Own financial reporting at Gross Profit (GP) and EBIT level, ensuring accuracy and transparency
• Lead month-end processes, including reporting, review, and required adjustments
• Translate operational performance into financial insights to support decision-making
• Partner with site leadership and Finance Business Partners to ensure correct cost and revenue recognition
• Provide profitability transparency across customers, products, and sites
• Analyse margins, trends, and productivity to identify risks and opportunities
• Drive compliance and governance through internal audits and adherence to best practices
• Deliver forward-looking analysis to support planning and performance improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a financial reporting or controlling role
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Solid understanding of financial processes and performance management
• The ability to communicate clearly and engage stakeholders across functions
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
