Conducting user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Designing user flows, site maps, and information architecture to create clear and efficient navigation.
Developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
Creating visually appealing interfaces using color palettes, typography, imagery, and other design elements.
Designing specific UI elements like buttons, forms, icons, and navigation menus.
Conducting usability testing to identify areas for improvement and ensure the design is intuitive and user-friendly.
Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
Keeping up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
Strong experience in Ui/UX tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Invision
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
Portfolio of design projects showcasing web or mobile application work
Knowledge of wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc and InVision
Up-to-date knowledge of design software including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
Good time-management skills.
