About this role
Role Overview
B2B customer service, prospecting new accounts from pre-defined leads, presenting the product portfolio and serving customers via digital channels.
Sale of Mobile and Fixed Telephony products, IT (T.I.), advanced services and value-added services;
Monitor channel-specific and customer-portfolio indicators; analyze, plan and execute activities and sales to meet and exceed targets.
Monitor the processing workflow, identifying causes of transaction interruptions, backlog and pending issues that may prevent or delay the sale.
Manage daily reports to track sales;
Act to resolve critical situations through recurring customer contact and partnership with internal areas.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Commercial profile: drive to make things happen, results-oriented, consultative approach and active listening to the customer;
Entrepreneurship: ownership mindset; feel responsible for and knowledgeable about your client portfolio;
Digital: attuned to technology and innovation, comfortable learning to use software and systems;
Organizational, planning and discipline skills: sense of urgency, able to distribute tasks and complete them throughout the day;
