About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate new contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer and business partner
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to clients and internal management team
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales target
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Sales, Business Development or relevant role in Digital Marketing or a related field for at least 1 years
Work experience in Online Marketing Facebook & Google Advertising
High endurance and be able to work as a team
Analytical mind, result oriented and well adapted to change
Verbal and written communication skills, as well as active listening, negotiation, and presentation.
Problem solving skills.
