Development and optimization of products, assemblies, etc. in the field of plastic packaging
Presentation of packaging concepts and coordination of development projects regarding deadlines, costs and quality specifications
Management and supervision of projects at various national and international locations
Planning and control of projects with regard to deadlines, processes, functions and costs
Technical coordination with domestic and international customers and suppliers

Completed vocational training in plastics or toolmaking
Master craftsman certificate, technician qualification or bachelor’s degree
Extensive professional experience in plastic injection molding
Strong CAE and CAD skills
Good English skills for communication with international customers and suppliers
Organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
Resilience and assertiveness
Excellent communication skills
High level of commitment as well as independent and conscientious working methods
Ability to structure complex issues clearly and address them in a project-focused manner
Team spirit, dedication and attention to detail
