Support the team in managing and coordinating customer and distributor inquiries
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare and maintain customer order reports and related documentation
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to distributors and direct customers
Handle customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution in line with internal SOPs
Escalate complaints where required, including cases with potential commercial or regulatory impact
Cooperate closely with internal stakeholders (logistics, warehouse, finance) on order and shipping topics
Process invoices and raise purchase orders where required
Ensure accurate data maintenance in internal systems
Comply with internal policies, procedures, and OSH rules
Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor in line with qualifications

Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role
Administrative experience with a proven record of accurate data entry
Native-level Polish (written and spoken)
Very good English skills (written and spoken, minimum B2 level)
Good command of Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics AX) is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities

Fixed-term employment contract (approx. 2 years)
