About this role
Role Overview
- Develop test programs for Radar Chips
- Maintain and debug test programs
- Support root cause finding for customer returns on ATE
- Act as the technical owner for the test program
- Control changes on test program and hardware using a structured process
- Collaborate with an international Test Engineering team
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Interested in programming (C++, Java, VB)
- Basic understanding of digital/analog/RF function block and electronic circuits
- Basic knowledge on test methodology for semiconductor industry
- Basic data analysis skills
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Proactive working attitude
- Willing to participate in overseas training
- Experience with ATE test platforms
- Good understanding of VLSI test techniques
- Basic knowledge of industrial flow
