About this role
Role Overview
Answering customer inquiries about products and services, for example: personnel, website, company information, vehicle-specific questions, e-mobility, service topics, sales, redirects and contact details
Receiving and resolving customer complaints
Handling inquiries received via multiple channels
Identifying customer needs and assisting customers with specific features
Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
Supporting the training and onboarding of new employees when requested by management
Updating internal databases with information about technical issues and relevant customer interactions
Informing customers about new features and functionalities
Requirements
High school diploma (mandatory)
Experience in telephone customer service / call-center environment (preferred)
Native German speaker or C1 level German (written and spoken)

Fluency in English (a plus)
Familiarity with the automotive industry (a plus)
Experience with help-desk software and remote-support tools (a plus)
Working knowledge of CRM systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
