Maintain clean pipeline stages, follow-up schedules, and activity reporting across outreach, interviews, and closed editorial memberships.

Proven experience in appointment setting, business development, sales development, partnerships, or outbound revenue roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to write clear, human outreach messages for email and Instagram.
Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills.
Experience managing a pipeline from first contact through closed sale.
