About this role

Perform developmental assignments under closer than normal supervision.
Prepare reports, monitor, and audit IT systems.
Perform assessments to existing IT Systems.
Occasionally provide off-hours support for change management and participate in on-call responsibilities.
Work independently, lead security projects and collaborate with team members.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or a high school diploma/GED and three years of related experience.
Active Security + Certification
DoW IT security experience and training
Experience with incident response.
Ability to routinely lift 10 lbs.
Minimum two years' experience providing information security support for comparable-sized organization(s).
Working knowledge with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), NIST Special Publications 800-53, 800-53A, 800-37 and FISMA or similar cyber security frameworks
Experience with evidence gathering and forensic analysis.
Familiarity with project management best practices.
