Responsible for auditing the bank's technology and security controls
Cooperation in the preparation and conduct of audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, including aspects of cyber and information security
Carrying out audit engagements as lead auditor within the banking group, identify weaknesses in IT processes, testing of key controls, and execute fieldwork in line with internal methodology systems
Advising line management as a trusted partner and critical advisor, based on the findings, until the weaknesses have been addressed and replaced with efficient, more robust processes in accordance with standards
Record the findings in high-quality audit reports, which are submitted to the Head of Internal Audit for review
Supporting the Head of Internal IT Audit with the management of the annual plan and promoting automated business and risk monitoring
Monitoring developments in the areas of data protection, cybersecurity and regulatory requirements
Monitoring developments in the areas of data protection and cybersecurity, and keeping track of changes to legal requirements
Organising and delivering training sessions and workshops, where necessary, to maintain a high level of security awareness and minimise operational risks
Supporting company-wide risk awareness programmes
Research and evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for implementation.
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science or Engineering
CISA certification mandatory, CSSP, CISSP as an advantage
Professional experience in banking in the areas of IT audit, IT risk management, information security or cyber risk
Professional experience in project management with socially competent behaviour
Personality with analytical skills, self-driven and well organized team player with negotiation skills and convincing appearance
Willing to travel on an occasional basis
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability creating complex reports
Proficiency with IT and MS Office, particularly Excel
