Participate in Avaloq projects across the full lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation, integration, testing and rollout of business concepts for regulatory services
Drive development efforts together with stakeholders and implement updates to regulatory requirements and related processes
Responsible for solution design as well as programming and configuration of solutions for the business and associated peripheral systems, plus testing
Contribute to project design regarding best practices and support project implementation through agile transformation
Develop and maintain in-house solutions and interfaces
Ensure availability of business-critical services and support IT systems with a focus on stability and robustness
Coordinate with external vendors when implementing new solutions and in cross-functional projects
Assess newly submitted change requests from a developer’s perspective
Monitor smooth operations, customer satisfaction, quality improvements and efficiency gains
Support ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Software Engineering
Avaloq certification is an asset
Professional experience with Avaloq in a bank or in banking consulting as an IT specialist or application developer
Relevant experience in Avaloq configuration/parameterization
Interest in compliance topics such as FinfraG, MiFID II, EMIR, and areas of client, tax and regulatory reporting
Strong analytical skills combined with a team
and service-oriented approach
