Help for self-help: You keep our help articles up to date and write new documentation.
Video tutorials: You create short screen recordings in which you explain features clearly and with a friendly tone.
Quality assurance: You regularly check whether our guides still match the current state of the software.
Content recycling: You turn the most important tips from support and the help center into short, punchy social media posts.
Community engagement: You help drive interaction on our channels by answering subject-specific questions.
Creative input: You bring your own ideas for how we can present the software’s benefits in an attractive, visual way.
Requirements
Ongoing studies: Ideally in civil engineering, business administration, communications, marketing or a comparable degree program.
Strong communicator: You can translate complex software functions into simple, understandable German—whether in the chat or in an explainer video.
Digital-native attitude: You have a strong affinity for software tools.
Creative eye: You enjoy preparing content to be visually appealing (e.g., with Canva or simple editing tools for social media).
Structure & reliability: Even if three requests come in at once in the support chat, you stay calm and remain friendly.
Interest in the trades: You have respect for our customers’ work and are eager to help digitize one of Germany’s most important industries.
