Requirements
- Professional experience in designing, implementing, and leading IT projects
- Technical skills, analytical thinking, and methodological experience in IT project management or business analysis
- Basic knowledge of software development, programming, and databases
- Experience in the banking and insurance sectors is an advantage
- Structured, independent working style and open communication with clients and colleagues
- Fluent German (at least C1)
