Develop strategic frameworks to guide company’s strategy execution and communication
Explore trends regarding strategy definition and execution in both our industry and others
Analyze markets' conditions, new industries, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities
Leadership of strategic project analysis for top management decision making
Coordination of global initiatives supporting and connecting regions and areas across Cemex
Develop Business case analysis for investment decisions
Lead project work streams of internal consulting projects for CEMEX worldwide
Participate in M&A transactions, developing strategic fit analysis to support valuation models (DCF, multiples, etc.) & evaluating transaction investment metrics
Develop materials for top management meetings and events
Present own pieces of work to senior management
Requirements
College +5 years of work experience
5 years of work experience in Strategic Planning (highly desired), Consulting, M&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, Finance, Corporate Planning, Business Development, Innovation, or equivalent experience
Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
Strong PowerPoint / executive presentation skills
Data analysis (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred)
