Role Overview
- Advise our hospital clients on administrative processes related to patient admission
- Ensure reimbursement and communicate with payers (§301)
- User support for service billing
- Configure our software with a focus on patient management and patient billing
- Provide support
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training in healthcare or practical experience in a hospital, medical practice, or health insurance provider
- Alternatively, completed IT training (e.g., IT business administrator, IT specialist)
- Experience in application support, ideally in the healthcare/clinical environment
- Knowledge and experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) are an advantage
- Strong communication skills
