Organize and lead technical rotations, trainings and regional field days

Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy
Previous experience in market development, technical assistance or technical sales in soluble fertilizers, fertigation or irrigation
Knowledge of management of irrigated crops in the region, such as onion, tomato, beet and carrot
Ability to build long-term relationships with growers, consultants and distribution channels
Proactivity and a sense of ownership are valued
Category B driver’s license and availability to travel
