Manage all assigned substation projects for FERC 1000 RFP's and Early Stage Diligence Projects
Work with the Early-Stage Project Manager to support the engineering requirements and scope with the Development Group
Train external engineers of record (EOR) for all assigned substation projects
Secure engineering consulting resources by developing a scope of work, securing bids, and evaluating work
Support RFP/Diligence effort
Competitively source and contract geotechnical, survey, engineering, and construction services
Manage project long lead major material orders to minimize risk of delays

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering
7+ years experience in Substation design and engineering of High Voltage substation projects
HVDC experience is helpful
Project Engineering and Project Management experience
PMP or P.E. in related discipline is helpful
Some travel required within North America
