Provide customer service to a portfolio of advertisers through phone and email, to provide customer satisfaction and escalate issues as appropriate
Offer solutions to the advertiser inquiries to meet customer wait times
Develop and analyze keywords, titles, description, bidding strategies for potential customers to maximize results, drive volume and hit targets on their advertising accounts in order to maximize ROI when appropriate
Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and grow the account of the advertiser by improving performance and investment, including cross selling, to meet revenue targets
Proactively give suggestions to improve the processes and grow the portfolio revenue
To build a professional online advertising campaign for the customers
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Successful track record in directly driving business, highly motivated
