Role Overview
Independent planning, implementation and optimization of performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta/Facebook Ads
Continuous analysis of campaign KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and derivation of concrete optimization measures
Creation and maintenance of campaign reporting as well as presentation of results to management
Development and testing of ad creatives, landing pages and A/B tests for conversion optimization
Management and further development of additional digital channels such as TikTok Ads, programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing
Close collaboration with content, design and product teams to develop cross-channel campaign concepts
Market and competitor monitoring in the online gaming sector and identification of new growth opportunities
Management of campaign budgets and proactive reporting in case of deviations
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, ideally in the gaming or entertainment industry
Proven expertise in independently managing Google Ads and Facebook/Meta campaigns
Strong analytical skills and proficient use of tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Business Suite
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Funnel.io) is an advantage
Creativity in developing campaign ideas combined with strong data instincts
Solid knowledge of tracking implementation (e.g. Google Tag Manager, pixel setup, conversion tracking) and experience handling user data in compliance with GDPR
Confident use of AI tools in a marketing context (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) and the ability to independently build AI-powered workflows and processes, e.g. for campaign copy, reporting, audience analysis or automating recurring tasks
Understanding of consent management platforms (e.g. Cookiebot, OneTrust) and cookieless tracking alternatives (e.g. server-side tracking, Conversion API)
Independent, structured working style and strong communication skills
Excellent German language skills (written and spoken), good command of English
