About this role
Role Overview
- Hold responsibility for the overall delivery of the project
- Manage both the technical and commercial aspects of projects
- Provides guidance and mentorship to more junior team members
- Lead and manage sustainability certification processes (LEED, WELL, Estidama, etc.)
- Prepare and review technical documentation and calculations
- Act as Project Manager / Lead Consultant on assigned projects
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Review design submissions for sustainability compliance
- Conduct site inspections and progress reporting
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations
Requirements
- MSc degree level in relevant academic or post academic professional qualifications
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in sustainability consulting
- Strong experience across UAE/KSA/GCC projects (highly preferred)
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong technical writing and reporting skills
- Strong knowledge of LEED (mandatory)
