Design and maintain stakeholder-specific templates to ensure consistency and strict adherence to dss + brand standards across all materials.
Oversee that all materials meet established quality standards and are consistently aligned with dss + brand guidelines throughout design assignments and complex project deliverables.
Produce high-quality, visually impactful designs for various materials—including posters, banners, infographics, newsletters, flyers, and marketing assets—by applying sound design principles.
Partner effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on visual design to clearly communicate key messages and complex concepts.
Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand business requirements, clarify understanding, offer informed recommendations as a trusted advisor, and customise designs to address specific business objectives.
Manage multiple requests from key stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery while upholding design quality and consistency across all outputs.
Requirements
4+ years of work experience in a similar role
Design thinking and content branding/visualisation experience
Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
Consultative mindset to bring a point of view and act as a trusted advisor
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and quality expectations
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) experience preferred
A bachelor's degree in visual arts, multimedia design, or a related field will be an advantage
