Win competitive takeouts: Lead displacement/migration plays vs. incumbent OLAP/data platforms; design POCs and business cases that prove performance, cost/TCO, and time-to-value.
Co-sell with hyperscalers: Drive joint motions with AWS/GCP/Azure (ACE, Partner Center, Partner Advantage), leverage marketplaces and private offers, and align to EDP/commit drawdown.
Champion ClickHouse Cloud: Evangelize our vision (real-time analytics at massive scale), including BYOC patterns for regulated customers; translate roadmaps into executive-ready narratives.
Operate with precision: Capture use cases, stakeholders, MEDDICC, timelines, and forecasts in Salesforce; deliver accurate monthly forecasts and crisp deal reviews.
Fuel the community: Show up at local meetups, partner events, and customer roundtables; help run ClickHouse-focused community sessions.
Requirements
Enterprise selling experience at a direct competitor (or adjacent data platform)
A live network of CXO/VP-level buyers, data platform owners, and solution architects across priority accounts—and partner counterparts across AWS/GCP/Azure and key SIs/GSIs.
Mastery of consumption-led motions, marketplace transacts, and commercial constructs (EDP, private offers, co-sell crediting).
Ability to qualify hard, design compelling POCs, and quarterback cross-functional resources (SE, Product, PS, Alliances) to a mutual success plan.
7+ years in cloud/data/infra; open-source commercial models a plus. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and board-level presentation skills.
