Role Overview
- Work/support the following Rebound capabilities and key results: Protected Backups: KR3: Evaluate end-user protected backup solutions
- KR4: Implement end user backup scanning
- Rebuild and Recover: KR5: Perform end user (200) tests
Requirements
- 7+ years ' experience
- Financial Industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise backup and recovery platforms
- Deep expertise in Dell EMC Networker and Avamar
- Scripting & Automation
- Strong Python scripting background
- Proven ability to build automation that is production-ready, well-documented, and maintainable
- Virtualization Experience with VMware vSphere
- Hands-on experience automating VM-level recovery operations
- Cloud (AWS) Working knowledge of EC2, EBS, and FSx
- Experience with AWS CLI, SDKs, Terraform, and related automation tools for cloud recovery workflows
- NAS & Storage Prior experience with NAS environments and NDMP-based volume restores (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with NetApp filer architecture and its relation to NAS/NDMP recovery workflows (nice to have)
- Ability to operate effectively within isolated or air-gapped environments
- Comfortable working with standalone toolsets
