You will assist with coordinating our in-house talents
You will assist in sourcing new collaboration partners
Over the course of the collaboration, you will learn how to handle inquiries and prepare offers
You will learn everything about price negotiations and market rates. Additionally, you will get initial opportunities to demonstrate your negotiation skills (with agreement) and participate in price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You will learn about contract drafting in this industry and common pitfalls, and start reviewing initial contracts
You will support Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help implement them
You will act as an interface between talents and our partners, plan talent deployments, and ensure their well-being
You will identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and shows. In the first year, you will take on a supporting role and, depending on development, will be gradually brought up to larger responsibilities.
Requirements
Minimum: internship, working student position and/or vocational training in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency
Interest and feel for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, prior experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
