Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Strategic Partnerships Product team
Raise and manage purchase orders and maintain accurate product information
Maintain internal systems, trackers and departmental documents
Coordinate samples and support product selection meetings
Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries and support smooth ways of working
Support the wider team to ensure key deadlines are met
Requirements
Previous administration experience preferred
Experience within fashion or wholesale environments preferred but not essential
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Able to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively in an office environment
Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach
Adaptable, reliable and eager to support the wider team
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
