Technical Knowledgement: Provide expert guidance on .NET Core and Microservices architecture. Ensure the team follows best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural issues. You are expected to not just find problems, but to own the strategy to fix them.
Domain Alignment: Leverage your experience in the Gaming/Sportsbook industry to build features that handle high concurrency, real-time data processing, and complex betting logic.

Proven Leadership: +3 years of experience managing engineering teams, ideally in fast-paced or scale-up environments.
Expert .NET Knowledge: Strong command of C#, .NET 6/8+, and the surrounding ecosystem.
Microservices Mastery: Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining distributed systems and event-driven architectures (using tools like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or gRPC).
Industry Experience: Previous experience in Sportsbooks, Casinos, or the Gaming industry is highly preferred (understanding odds, risk management, or high-volume transactional systems).
Operational Follow-up: Demonstrated ability to track tasks from inception to production, ensuring "definition of done" is strictly met.
